Well first of all, having your memory full is ok. But in your case, it might be a little different. Your probably better off just performing a reboot.

What is running on this machine? Have you run memory tests? Your swap should not be filling up like that.

Thak you trickykid .

I have used this server for Q-MAIL mail server and DNS server.
So i could not reboot just now. I will restart it after few hours.

I have never run memory test on my server.
Could you tell me How can I test my memory ?

Look for a downtime window and install memtest86 I think found at http://www.memtest86.com/ which is a pretty good memory tester, make sure its not your RAM at fault with any leaks or such.

It clearly shows that minilogd is eating up roughly 94% of your mem. Perhaps restarting that one process will resolve this?

Thk u trickykid

I will try that memory test.

>>>>>What is the cp <zombie> process?

I do not know what is "zimbie".
But, When I input "ps -ae" on command line, it list all process with process named "zombie".
Not only one, there is too many "zombie" in the list.
I have not any idea. May be you understand when you see following image.

- I will reboot, but not now. I will inform how about my problem after reboot.

I would start by getting rid of that minilogd proccess:
kill -9 27229

A zombie proccess is one that is left hanging with no parent to clean it up. You seem to have quite a few copie proccesses going - can you post the output from this in code blocks:
ps -efH

As Trickykid said, if you can reboot the server then it isn't going to be a bad first step to see if it cures the problem

minilogd is way to big....
And zombies are having a party in your memory and swap
Probably those are all minilogd's dead children and noone informed the poor fathers for this genocide in order for him to bury them. Actually the penguin tried to do this by sending him SIGCHLD messages but the father wouldn't listen... If this is the case killing minilogd will make INIT (their grandfather) adopt them as his children and bury them proper and release their souls (resources).
