How i can disable flopppy in Ubuntu?

I want remove in /dev .....

What you mean to say?

If you want to disable floppy then remove module of that.

Ubuntu : sudo modprobe -r floppy

But why disable floppy. Never bothers any other function. AFAIK.
..

Check if there is a polkit policy where you can prohibit using the floppy device. Perhaps "org.freedesktop.hal.device-access.floppy.defaults-override". I don't use Ubuntu, so I don't know if you have it. You can also disable using the floppy drive in the BIOS and add a BIOS password to prevent altering. Also look at using a password for altering parameters in grub.

You can also blacklist the floppy device as well.

Just prevent the driver from loading by blacklisting it.
