How do i change the mediawiki root password ?

I run a test wiki, but now i want to put it in production, but it appears the Root password is too simple.
How do i change it ? I searched in menus and preferences, but found nothing appropriate.

Do you mean the WikiSysop account? Log in, click on Preferences in the upper right, and there's a section to change the password.

Do you mean the database access account? There's a $wgDBpassword variable in LocalSettings.php. (Of course, you'll have to change it in MySQL, too.)

I'm still using mediawiki-1.5.5.
