Home / End keys in aterm

Hi,
When I press the Home or End keys in aterm (or xterm actually), it just outputs ~ and doesn't move the cursor. Where can I set this to work as expected?

Thanks a bunch, I'll try it out when I get home and let you know how it went (I imagine it will work fine).

Well, I've been fooling around with the suggestions on the above post, and I still can't get it to work. The weird thing is that xterm works fine with Home / End, even before I edit any files or anything, it is just aterm that displays the ~
Any more ideas?

You can try ctrl-a to get to the beginning of the line, and ctrl-e to get to the end.
