History command, How to get the date?

Hello,

When I use the "history" command I can get the history of all typed commads.
I there any possibility to also get the date of these commands to know where was typed these commands?

Thank in advance.

no is the simple answer. you can of course make your own little script that appends the date on and stores it in the .bash_history file next to the command.

There is with zsh and I understand bash 3.0 does it. For bashes before that, as Frustin says, nope, not directly.
