hd0,4 seems wrong to me, should be hd0,0, but check somewhere else, like google, Im not positive, but it seems that its looking for windows on the 4th partition, first drive.

Try

rootnoveify (hd0,0)
chainloader +1

I think the partion numbers start at zero, so this boots the first partition on the first drive.

If that doesn't work try

rootnoveify (hd0,1)
chainloader +1

wldkos ir right on the hd0,0. Grub starts counting at 0. So with (hd0,4) you would have first hard drive fifth parition. If you want first drive, first partition go (hd0,0)

Did you copy that straight from your grub.conf?
rootnoverify is spelled incorrectly in your post. That may be part of your problem.
