Unhappy Gnome not working

I just installed Gentoo a few days ago. After enabling ~AMD64, updating everything and installing xf86-video-radeonhd for my Radeon X1650 video card, I can't get Gnome to run.

When I try to run GDM, I get an error message that X server can't start. So it would seem there is something wrong with my /etc/X11/xorg.conf
