Question Forgot to run grub...what now?

Well, I updated my kernel, but I forgot to run "grub" afterwards so my system won't boot. I also don't have a boot disk

Now, I don't have anyone nearby with a linux computer to make a boot disk either. What can I do? How do I make a bootdisk for linux under windows? Can I do something from the grub command line? (easiest)

Thanks!

http://lnx-bbc.com/ thats what i use when i 4get to run lilo (or when i compile a kernel thats too messed up to boot ) just login as root and type " mount -o remount,rw /mnt/rw/discs/disc0/part(root aprtion # here) then chroot root over and run grub, but i always thought that grub could startup linux without it ahving to be run whenever you change somthing ?

K.....now it keeps getting worse. I am using LILO, but when I try to run Lilo, I get the following error:

Fatal: raid_setup: stat("/dev/discs/disc0/disc")

I don't have any raid on this sytem at all! It's a laptop! What the heck??
