flow chart sw

Is there sw for drawing flow charts and diagrams that runs on both Linux and Windows, or just on Linux but can export to some format available on Windows.
(GIMP does not qualify)

KOffice's Kivio can be used to draw flow charts and diagrams. I don't know if it can load in the vivio files however.

There is a draw program with Open Office. It would take more work drawing flowcharts, at least initially. You could have the Open Office suite installed for both windows and linux computers.
