Unhappy Filesystem Type


When I mount floppy It is displaying like following
You must specify the filesystem type
I lso set /etc/fstab entries for the floppy.

What to do ?

usually, this means the floppy is not formatted, or the filesystem is not suported by your kernel.

make sure thee fs module is loaded, and try again.

read man mount.

mount -t file_system_type /dev/fd0 /mnt/floppy
where file_system_type is vfat fat msdos or somthing similar.
