File permissions

I created a group called SUPPORT
I have created a shared dir called /tech/support.
The owner of the dir is root and the dir belongs to the group support.
shakti:/tech # drwxrwx--- root support 48 Jul 22 10:58 support
How do I set up this dir so that all file created in this dir belongs to the group SUPPORT..and files can only be removed by the respective owners.
Thanks

Well, each user to have access need to be part of the group support. Then you'll need to setup sticky-bit for the group.

A good outline can be found here: http://www.dba-oracle.com/linux/sticky_bit.htm
