I’d think the “5G support” is a function of the hardware, not the OS. Start by identifying which devices contain 5G, and then see which will run Linux.
Is there any smartphone or tablet that runs Linux out of the box, with or without 5G?

Without 5G running pure Linux a lot: there is a list here for the Ubuntu Touch os, there is the Librephone but as I know is not a 5G Smartphone. There is the "Volla phone" but I'm not sure if support 5G.
The only 5G tablet running Linux that I know is the JiingPad A1, but it still unavailable on market.
I'm unsure about your requirements - you want something that supports an "alternative OS" and has 5G? Preferably a large phone or a tablet?
Yes, thanks.
Actually i'm searching for a tablet or phone with Ubuntu Touch and 5g, I see a list here, i'm searching but I cannot find a phone with the two requirements.
In alternative also another OS Open Source can be good, but with 5g

If your OS requirements are so narrow, it's easiest to start from there. The list of Ubuntu Touch supported devices can't be that large, even including community ports. What you found might well be how it is: there is no 5G device for Ubuntu Touch (yet).
Do you have a particular reason to require 5G?
Its national rollout is far from complete anywhere in the world. In many countries many places still don't have 4G.
Then I don't know what 5G has to offer besides more bandwidth... what would you need that for?

No actually I don't need 5G(i also consider it not too safe), but probably in the future networks will switch from 4g to 5g(in some places 3G is not more available).
I think the best choice is the A1 Jingos tablet, has 5g, has Linux, has android app support(without anbox)

Considering 3G is being fazed out just now (let's say 2021), after having been rolled out in 2007, let's just assume 4G has 14 years as well. It's been rolled out roughly 2010-2012. - Hmmm, OK I can see there might be reason to worry if you want to use your device for more than 2 years.
A more optimistic way of looking at it might be that 3G is fazed out roughly 10-12 years after 4G arrived, so hopefully there's no need to panic and ditch 4G devices just yet.
A random blog post from June 2021 reaches a similar conclusion, but gives reasoning:

the main reason for network shutdowns is that the carriers have limited spectrum available for expansion. In order to provide a faster, more responsive network to their customers, they must re-use the spectrum with newer, more efficient cellular technology. Old 2G/3G infrastructure makes way for new networks, and older cellular devices must be retired.
The good news is that 4G LTE will be available for at least a decade to come, and will co-exist with 5G networks.
Good - that's one less thing to have to worry about.
