Extracting the Address Book from an iBook

I need to get all the addresses from an iBook and move them to my Linux Box, but the only options I can find is PDFs, or individual VCards.

Anyone have some ideas?

Which client do you want to import to?

KAddressBook (Kmail) can import Vcard contacts...maybe yours can too?

I want to import into Evolution, and I know it supports VCards, but the problem is that I can only extract one VCrad at a time from the Mac's Address book. And I want to speed up the process. I'm hoping to get the file that sorts the data and manipulate that into Evolution.

Anyone know where I should look?
