Arrow extracting RTMP url from youtube

Hi,
how can i extract rtmp url from youtube, so that i can use it with rtmpdump command.

If you're trying to download from youtube, it's far far easier to just copy the flash object from your /tmp folder or use one of the thousands of youtube ripping sites...

EDIT: Do they even use RTMP? I just looked at the browser requests when I browse youtube, and there aren't any RTMP ones. I'm pretty sure RTMP request normally show up, so...
