Question Evolution and charter.net

I have a mail account on charter.net and have been trying to send an email to the account through Evolution (version 10, I think)
on my Redhat Linux 8.0 box (through a wireless network using Charter's cable modem). When I try to send a message, I get the following message from (I'm assuming) Charter's mail server:

I'm still testing Evolution.

I can send an email through Mozilla, so I'm assuming that something is set up wrong in the Account Manager in Evolution.
Any ideas?

Well it appears your trying to send your mail thru root@localhost.localdomain or something along those lines. Do you have the correct outgoing mail servers specified for your ISP to use on your connection to send mail?

Talking Evolution and Charter.net

Yes, I think you are right. I had the hostname instead of the
name of the mail server. Thanks.
