/etc/group/ /etc/shadow empty


Hi ,
Please explain that in any scenario can /etc/group and
/etc/shadow be empty ??

Nope, both of these files should have contents unless something is wrong. Nobody will be able to login then.

For both to be missing, I presume it would be the result of trying to install Linux with a broken installer that failed to create users or to save passwords. I've seen that happen once myself, with a bad download or badly-burned disk.
