ES Hangs at "Starting Red Hat Network"

I am running an email server on Enterprise ES. It sets off the DMZ (Orange zone) of a smoothwall box. Everything was working well, and then I moved!
In moving to a new location I changed from TimeWarer to Comcast as my Internet provider. I have set everything back up like it was before, but when Enterprise ES is loading it hangs at the "Starting Red Hat Daemon," sitting there endlessly.

My smoothwall box is working fine and, in fact, I am collecting email with an old box that has Red Hat 7.1. I am looking for help in figuring out why the ES box will not load.

Thanks.
