E-mail notification of low disk space

Hello,

I'm trying to find a script which would e-mail the administrator of a server when the disk space limit reaches a certain point. For example it would e-mail admin@domain.com when the disk usage percentage reaches 95 %.

I have tried to use Google and did find some scripts which did that but I didn't get any of them working.

Does anyone have a script that would do this?

Thank you.
