Dual Monitor Issue

hello guys i have jsut bought a new monitor and i setup my old monitor as second screen. when i boot up the pc i see the bios on the second monitor and i would liek to move it on the first monitor. the first monitor is connected with the 24 pinc able and the second with the vga cable. if i cannot setup bios on the dvi monitor i would like to at least setup grub and tty to first screen as i cant boot if i dont turn on my second monitor at boot process.

I would enter the Bios after starting, and from there select the graphics adapter you wish to use as your primary.

So you have one graphics card with 2 vga ports on it then? not 2 separate cards? Or is a splitter in use?

On this one, since I know nothing about your system or video card, I would have to say that google is your friend. Read on forums about your video card. Best wishes!
