dual boot Ubuntu meerkat and win7

Firstly, sorry if this in the wrong place.

I have had a working server for the last 2 years just under. I also do a radio show, on a windows 7 box.

Yep the day came when my server box died still unsure if it is cpu or mobo.

So the win7 box, had its hd taken from it, and the hd's in the Ubuntu box were placed in it (eventually, in the correct order)!

Now, it comes to the radio show, how could I add win7 to grub2, (I will of course add the win7 disk, in place of the dvd)

Thanks for your ans, but I tripped over a failsafe way of doing it! Uninstall grub2, then reinstall! (with the windows disk there of course!
