DNF install python\*-dev\* fails for obsoletes, how to fix?

Hi group,
I am attempting to install/update python develope packages using 'dnf --allowerasing python\*-dev\*' and I get this:
Code:
Failed to synchronize cache for repo 'fedora-spotify', disabling.
Failed to synchronize cache for repo 'rpm-sphere', disabling.
Last metadata expiration check: 3:07:34 ago on Sun Feb 26 15:19:51 2017.
Error: package python-igraph-devel-0.6.5-4.fc23.i686 requires python-igraph = 0.6.5-4.fc23, but none of the providers can be installed.
package python2-greenlet-devel-0.4.9-1.fc23.x86_64 obsoletes python-greenlet-devel < 0.4.9-1.fc23 provided by python-greenlet-devel-0.4.7-2.fc23.i686
I am running Fedora 23 and have done 'dnf update' and 'dnf upgrade'. Don't know how to fix this? Can't remove python and reinstall because DNF uses it.

Any ideas? Thanks for your time.

Although Fedora 23 is beyond EOL, no need to let that stop you. Head on over to koji.fedoraproject.org look for the package versions you need, download and install them manually.
