Why don't you just run a caesar cipher on it for all 25 posibilities, and see if any of them come out plaintext, otherwise, you are SOL because that is way way too short to do any sort of analysis on...just guess and check will work here.

ps. you can find a caesar cipher program for linux under the title 'bsd-games' - a package, I know that slackware has an (rpm?) version of it for download, surf their site.

if you look real close and see the pattern, you can figure it out
