cron entry not working as expected

I have this in root's cron:
00 02 15-21 * 0 /usr/bin/yum -y --security update && /sbin/reboot

However, it ran this morning at 2:00 AM. Today is the 25th.

I would expect this to run on Sunday at 2:00 AM only if the day of the month is the 15th through the 21st. What's the problem?
