Cpu Scaling Governor

Hi , i have a Phenom 2 running at 3300 Mhz max , in some distros , when i put the governor to max , i have 3600Mhz reading freq.on all cores ,and on some other distros like NEON,Manjaro, only one core is affected at a time and its moving from core to core and gives me some very small glitches on the audio.
watch grep "cpu MHz" /proc/cpuinfo.
Any idea?
Thank you

I guess it depends on the kernel/driver version.
Additionally probably that was the turbo mode: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_o...enom_II_series
