clustering on RHEL

HI,

I have configured MS-SQL 2008 and windows 2008 Server clustering, where we need at least following hardware.
  1. Quorum Disk
    Shared data storage disk
    2 NIC on each node
1 Virutal IP for public access

i did all this using ISCSI.

Now i want to extend my practice on RHEL clusters. In RHEL it requires a fencing device ????? what is this ,
how do i add quorum disk ??? and shared disk.

i am using RHEL 5, and Cluster management tool.

thanks

Well if you're formally running RedHat Clustering, then the documentation for that suite is really the best place to go for these generic queries. http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/csgfs/
