Question Changing keyboard layout?

How do you do it??? I reinstalled Mandrake for fun to get developing tools, and by mistake took language as English, and so I did for k-board layout.
I normally use finnish for both.

You can use the kde control center to change your keyboard layout.

but what if you are using Gnome instead of KDE??? as in my case. I have the same problem with my "/" key coming up as ''. I must have picked French Canadian instead of ENglish or some crap like that..

please excuse my ignorance, but i am a newbie too!!!
