Changing Display Manager!!

Hi Everybody,

How do i change the default GNOME Display Manager in RH9? I don't want to use gdm because i have to logoff and then shutdown/reboot my pc everytime. Is there any other way to shutdown/reboot the system while i am still logged in (i don't want to use the terminal window)?

Please help!!

You can use KDE for this job. I have encountered the same problem, and I just created a link to a new application on the desktop and entered the 'execute' command as poweroff. IMHO, this is simple and easy.
