cdrecord

I am using Redhad Linux. I am using cdrecord to write data to a CDR.

1. How do I write a data to a CDR and continue to append data to the CDR using cdrecord ?

2. How do I read the content of the data in the CDR using cdrecord ?

Please help.

this is from man cdrecord

-nofix Do not fixate the disk after writing the tracks. This may be used to
create an audio disk in steps. An un-fixated disk can usually not be
used on a non CD-writer type drive but there are audio CD players that
will be able to play such a disk.

thus, you would use the -nofix flag to keep the disk open for writing.
