Cannot boot to new kernel huge mem


My server information as below
DL380 G4
Redhat4 kernel-smp-2.6.9-5.EL
HBA qlogic

I want to upgrade kenel from kernel-smp-2.6.9-5.EL to 2.6.9-34.ELhugemem on Redhat4. After upgrade kernel, The server cannot boot to new kernel. It show message follow attached picture. I also upgrade firmware by using firmware mantainace 8.1 cd before upgrade new kernel and upgrade PSP7.91 after upgrade new kernel. The server still cannot boot again. The current status, we switch back to boot to original kernel (kernel-smp-2.6.9-5.EL). It can boot smoothly.Please, help to suggest me.

How did you install the kernel (source or RPM) and where did you get the kernel from?
