Find the ?cdrom.img? file within most lkely the first cd under the /image directory and use the red hat utiltiy that extracts it and copies it to a floppy. I forget the name sorry. It may be contained within that directory as well, if not do a google on linux install + cdrom and it should give it to you. if you then put that and your cdrom in it will boot up the install. Even though my bios DOES boot off cd. My linux cd's won't boot so this is how I have to do it, via floppy. Good luck.

First off putting redhat 8.0 on a PC that old is a terrible idea. Try something more along the lines of gentoo or slackware. Or you can go with an old version of Redhat. And if you have linux running on a machine you can burn the cdrom.img using
dd if=/pathto/cdrom.img of=/dev/fd0

Use the kernel running off another cd you might be able to do that to. Or search for linux on a floppy.
