Firstly I second that
http://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/search.php is a VERY good idea ... :}
The LONG answer, however, is that you can compile Linux with
NTFS read and even write support (the latter is *not* recommended,
though, because that part is still in early development)...
NT can't read any of the Linux native filesystems, though :)
