Can't veiw some videos online - says java script is turned off - no

Here's an error message I get when trying to watch certain videos online: Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Macromedia's Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player.
I have downloaded the latest version and installed several ways and javascript is turned on.
Can't think of what the problem is. Again, some videos can be played just fine. I've tried Konqueror and Firefox

Do you have "NoScript" blocking the website?
