I installed Linux on my second hard that I have. Can someone tell me how to boot into Linux off of the boot disk that I made?. I didnt install the LILO program to setup the boot menu, so that is why I need to be able to get back into Linux so that I can install the program.I dont see an option to allow me to boot into Linux when I use the startup disk I made. All I see are options for the different setups,and a prompt that says "boot" with a flashing cursor. The first hard drive, I triple boot with 98/2000/XP. Please Help!!......Thanks

You need to edit your lilo.conf file before you reboot and make sure the following two lines point to your second hard drive:

boot=/dev/hdb
root=/dev/hdb1

and save the image to your floppy. Otherwise your boot disk will continue to try and access your first hard drive.

I have not installed LILO yet.......I installed Linux on my second hard drive and I restarted the computer....and I dont know how to get back into Linux on my second hard drive.....
