Boot Magic

I had a duel boot Linux and win98. I couldnt be bothered with Linux coz i couldnt get it working, i use Irix 6.5 anyway. So i decided to format the drive thinking it would get rid of the Bootmagic stuff. However, it didnt and im in more trouble. I have put NT4 on the system iwith NTFS and Bootmagic keeps puting a message on the screen when the system boots saying the BootMagic image is missing. Is there a way of getting rid of this without reinstalling windows or formatting again. I tried installing BootMagic on NT but it doesnt like the NTFS.

Help.... please
