Unhappy BIOS Raid 1 says OK, but error on disk in Fedora 13

I know, I know, F13 is old as !4#!¤ but it works, well until this happened.

I use it as a small "static" web server and it has run perfectly for years, well since F13
was new and that is quite a while

I use RAID1 through BOIS which i think is AMI if I recall that correctly.
The bad thing is that BIOS says the RAID is OK but the possibility for 2 disks
having the same problem is kinda low, don't you think?

I just ran a fsck.ext3 on one partition, had to run a manual since -p told me to
so now it's up again.

What it this all about?
Is this a BIOS flaw that copies errors from one disk to the other?
if so BIOS RAID is crap

Anyone know what I can do? like figure out what disk I should replace?

//TIA

That I know but since the web page ain't that advanced and could even be run from a USB.
I really don't scare that easy

also, newer versions with new features also has new security holes
so I think it'll even up
