Checked man updatedb ... Doesn't include a -c option.

When I installed slocate, there was an instruction on the screen to run updatedb with some options which I can't remember anymore. I did that.
slocate (and its updatedb )[commonly] makes use of a config
file (in my case /etc/updatedb.conf) to have all the parameters
(so you don't need to specify prunefs and prunepath on the
commandline) in it; invoking "updatedb -c" will use that
file (with its default location being compiled into the program).

No idea what debian has done to theirs... however, the updatedb
that comes with locate doesn't have that option? ;}

Cheers,
Tink
