BASH problems
When I log on as root or su to root, I get the message "No job control in this shell" and my command history is gone. Anyone know what's going on?

if your version is util-linux-2.11f-11.7.1(.i386.rpm)
you can try downgrading to
util-linux-2.10s-13.7(.i386.rpm)
to make this work, apparently theres a bug in the newer package.

hmm, ok. I'd love to know why that just started up, but just getting it fixed would be great. Thanks.
