Are these Certified in kernel development?

Are these Certified in kernel development like LPI?
or development under linux in general?

i mean;
can i get exam for kernel development and then get Certified in kernel development.

I'm not aware of any certification for kernel development. In fact, I imagine that because kernel development moves so quickly, any certification would quickly go out of date. If you're looking to prove to a company that you know kernel development, probably the best way is get some actual code that you wrote accepted in the kernel.
