Apache + CGI

Hello and first of all, don't say just "Search on the forum" I've do it but nothing works for me. Ok..now my problem

I have a Ubuntu 8.04.3 LTS with Apache/2.2.14 and Perl v5.8.8.

I try to install CGI-IRC script but I have a problem, I put the script on

Code:
/usr/local/apache/cgi-bin/
My apache configuration:

Code:
ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ "/usr/local/apache/cgi-bin/"

Code:
<Directory "/usr/local/apache/cgi-bin">
    AllowOverride all
    Options +Indexes +ExecCGI
    Order allow,deny
    Allow from all
</Directory>
Code:
DirectoryIndex irc.cgi index.cgi index.pl index.php index.html
And now when I go to http://myserver.com/cgi-bin/irc.cgi I get this error

Code:
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, Nyku@Ro-WareZ.Com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
But 5 minutes ago I was getting a 403 error

Anyone can help me with this ? I have like 5 hours front the pc trying to solve it, I read in 324534645634656 forums, change everyting but nothing helps me.

Thank you

Error log?

Did you take a look at your error log / suexec log? The answer is almost certainly there.

Reason

Well, if Apache can't find a referenced .htpasswd file, that is reason enough for a HTTP 500 error. How about fixing that or removing the reference?
