Arrow Allowing weak passwords?

Hi all,
I have a system in which I need to allow weak passwords to be used. The users use the system for mail, and have no login privileges, and they need to be able to change their passwords themselves. I have provided them with UserMin for this purpose, but it won't allow them to change their password to a weak one.
Any idea how to allow this?
Thanks

Browse throught the file /etc/login.defs

I think it would be one of the following:
OBSCURE_CHECKS_ENAB
PASS_ALWAYS_WARN

Implementing weak passwords means just to open up the door for intruders a bit more. Recommendation here is to DEFINATELY NOT ALLOW WEAK PASSWORDS!
