nexuiz - my favourite overall. The bots are pretty stupid, but you can set a ratio in the console. I think the command is bot_vs_human x
where x is the x:1 ratio.
warsow - too complicated for me. I get utterly owned. Haven't played it against bots.
sauerbraten - arguably the one with the best graphic engine... but it still feels too much like a techdemo to me... haven't played it in almost a year, so maybe it got better.
hey Unreal Tournament 99 (the original) also had its source code released sometime back, i think its a great game specially with all the mods that have been made, supports opengl natively.
