Star Trek Eilte Force 2 - 2 CD install

Anyone managed to install this? I'm having problems at 'Insert CD 2'

I've tried so far mounting CD 1 as an iso and keeping CD 2 in drive and hoping wine will pick it up. Also tried copying both CDs into one folder and running the set up, but no joy there either.

Whats the usual method of installing 2 or more CD games with wine?
