I think no body is intersted to give answer or my question is dificult to understand.
So i want to explain it little more.
About Gaming Zone: Gaming zone is like a Net cafe , in net cafe users
use internet and in gaming zone user play advance
3D network games.
My question is: a) Can we do this in linux Envoierment
b) Linux games are difirents version then windows or
same windows game can installl and run under lnux
or linux games are difirent , like other software
c) Any software Requird for creating gaimg zone Server
or its also like windows envoierment gaming zone
that any Network gaming pc can be a server
d) Which linux distribution is good for linux 3d network
games

A. Yes it can be done, what you're talking about could very well be being done already: http://ggzgamingzone.org
B. Windows binaries can't run under Linux without API simulation software, which is best not to use if you can avoid it. However, some games have been natively ported to Linux, here's a list: http://icculus.org/lgfaq/gamelist.php
C. I'm not sure, however I think it depends on the way you design the software.
D. All distros can do that, although some can be better at it than others. It's an inanswerable question.
Counterstrike works great under wine, and NFSU works under WineX/Cedega - but most LAN Cafe favourites (UT, 2k3, 2k4, Quake 3 and all mods) work natively in linux.
As for servers, almost every net game has a linux server.
