EVE Onlline 2d rendering

Hi, I just installed Eve. 3D works well and quickly, but the opening menu, or the target object is very slow. I tried the wine 33.44 and 1,2-rc1, but nothing changes. I do not know, this is a problem in the wine or my video card.

My config -
Gentoo x86, 4GB RAM,Core2 Duo T8300 2.40GHz,GeForce 8400M GS 256m
