Enemy Territory Mouse Oddity

Every so often when I enter a server I discover my left mouse button no longer works. This is the firing button, obviously losing the ability to use it is significant. Restarting the game does not seem to have any affect, nor does joining another server.

Now the mouse does work, just sometimes it decides not to. Any ideas?

Look in the controls section and make sure that "ATTACK" is binded to "MOUSE1." If not, then bind it. Some servers are wierd enough to change your config.

BTW, is fr0zen your ET name?

In case we ever come across each other, my username is <103:Windstorm>

My ET name is 'frozen'. The 'o' is actually an 'o' and not the '0' I use here.

OK. Thanks! I think that was the problem. I just viewed the controls and for Attack, (???) was specified. Weird. This has happened a few times now, somehow solving itself...

I just changed it to MOUSE1.

I'm going to try it now.

Yay! It works. Thanks. :P

I didn't read your post until now. I usually play on the PlayDedicated servers.
