Basic lin-gaming info

Hey guys, I just got my ATI 9800pro card working under linux (woohoo!) and am going to get my game on. Unfortunatly, I have no clue how to go about doing this. So, I know that some games like ut2k4 have linux install, and AA has a version for linux, but what about games that are windows only? Let's take the game XIII - how would one go about this? Is there a windows emulator, like wine, but then wouldn't you have to do a windows install and then play it through wine in linux? I think I just need some background info on how gaming is gone about in the realm of tux. -Bill

There are lots of ways to install games in Linux (depending on the game's compatibility)...

Cedega/Point2Play (windows emulator) - http://www.transgaming.com
Linux Installers - http://public.planetmirror.com/pub/sf/l/li/liflg/

Also, search these forums for the particular game that you want to install and see what shows up. Lastly, read tutorials!!
