Unhappy util-linux cannot find any headers

Hi

I have been going through the LFS v5.0pre3 and have had no problems until I tried to configure util-linux 2.12. It goes through and says that I dont have any of the headers. I dont think have done anything wrong or missed any thing.

Any suggestions? apart from restarting it all

Anyhows, I need to goto bed now cause I need to goto work tommorrow.

If you need any more info just reply with what you need to know and I'll reply tommorrow.

Thanks for the reply. The headers are actually all of the headers that it looks for in the makefile. That includes the kernel headers an the ncurses headers.

However, I think I actually did make a mistake in one of the earlier compilations...
So I decided to scratch the old copy and restart. I should be back at the same point that I got stuck at in bout an hour. If the same thing happens, I'll post another reply.

BTW can I resize ext3 partitions?

Red face Hmmm

I found out what I think was the problem. I think I accidently compiled/configured one of the tools as root . Thats the only thing I can think of that could of caused it. I restarted the lot and now its all good.
