unable to mount rootfs on unknown-block(0 0) using nvme drive

Hello! I am having trouble being able to boot into my new lfs install.

Error that I have encountered: Kernel panic - not syncing: vfs: unable to mount rootfs on unknown-block(0 0).

My fstab: https://pastebin.com/2CXtmLk8
My grub: https://pastebin.com/FsG966AB

To install grub, i used grub-install /dev/nvme0n1p2

The drive for lfs: nvme 250gb for lfs

The layout is 2, one is swap and one is for everything else (ext4).
I have also enabled nvme support in the kernel. Also used another boot loader (supergrubdisk) to boot lfs as well, but to no avail. If you need anything else, please do let me know! Thank you, Si1kn.

How? You need to have this kind of thing built right into your LFS kernel, not compiled as a module, because you aren't using an initrd to boot.

I'm not surprised. The message definitely shows that the problem is in the kernel. I'm sure there's nothing wrong with your bootloader setup.
