Question SVGALib: how to test ?


hi
i've just installed SVGALib 1.4.3 on my linux from scratch system
so i am searching an simple script or prog wich maybe paint a colored sign on my screen and then go back to the console.
because i wanna know if the SVGALib is installed correctly.
maybe someone can help ?

I can't remember of a small prog right now, but you can use mplayer with -vo vesa option to test it ...
