Logging init start up messages in LFS 6.3

Are the messages (the ones that have [OK] or [FAIL] on the right hand side) that appear on the screen at start up logged anywhere? They scroll up the screen and disappear too quickly to read if there is a problem.

Thanks.

Immediately after logging in to the console try holding down the shift key and pressing Page Up to scroll back through the messages.
